【摘要】：[研究背景]我國的學(xué)位與研究生教育為積極主動適應(yīng)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對高層次應(yīng)用型人才的需求,教育部門積極調(diào)整研究生教育結(jié)構(gòu),并因此開設(shè)了專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育,其中公共衛(wèi)生碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位于2002年設(shè)立。[研究目的]本研究的主要目的是通過對某大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生碩士(MPH)專業(yè)學(xué)位教育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的戰(zhàn)略分析,找出某大學(xué)MPH專業(yè)學(xué)位教育發(fā)展中的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會和威脅等,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)目前某大學(xué)MPH專業(yè)學(xué)位教育中存在的問題,結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略因素矩陣組合,制定某大學(xué)MPH專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),并提出有針對性的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及對策。[研究內(nèi)容]首先,明確了研究背景與意義,包括國外公共衛(wèi)生碩士(MPH)專業(yè)學(xué)位教育現(xiàn)狀,取得一定借鑒意義。闡明運用的研究方法,尤其是本文重點運用的SWOT分析法。其次,概括了公共衛(wèi)生碩士(MPH)專業(yè)學(xué)位教育的相關(guān)理論,發(fā)展歷史以及國內(nèi)教育現(xiàn)狀。此外,對戰(zhàn)略管理理論進(jìn)行了概述。再次,應(yīng)用SWOT分析法詳細(xì)分析了某大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生碩士(MPH)專業(yè)學(xué)位教育的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,找出某大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生碩士(MPH)研究生教育發(fā)展中的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會與威脅,從而定位某大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生碩士研究生教育。最后,明確某大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位教育的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),應(yīng)用矩陣組合制定具體的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以期對某大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生碩士(MPH)專業(yè)學(xué)位的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有所幫助。[研究結(jié)果及結(jié)論]適合某大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生碩士(MPH)專業(yè)學(xué)位教育發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略是SO戰(zhàn)略,即優(yōu)勢-機(jī)會戰(zhàn)略。某大學(xué)公共衛(wèi)生碩士(MPH)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育正處于發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵階段,在這一階段,要充分利用有利的外部環(huán)境,抓住國家對專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的重視和支持,同時注重發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢,為公共衛(wèi)生部門,包括有關(guān)政府職能部門,疾病預(yù)防控制中心,醫(yī)院,衛(wèi)生檢疫部門等培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì),高層次的公共衛(wèi)生專門人才。
[Abstract]:[research background] in order to actively adapt to the needs of high level applied talents in social and economic development, the educational departments actively adjust the structure of graduate education, and therefore set up professional degree graduate education. The main purpose of this study is to make a detailed strategic analysis of the current situation of MPH professional degree education in a university. This paper finds out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats in the development of MPH degree education in a university, and finds out the problems existing in the degree education of MPH major in a certain university at present, combining with the combination of strategic factors matrix. This paper formulates the strategic goal of graduate education of MPH major in a certain university, and puts forward some development strategies and countermeasures. Firstly, the background and significance of the research are defined, including the present situation of professional degree education in foreign countries. To clarify the application of the research methods, especially the SWOT analysis method, which is used in this paper. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the degree education of the master of public health in a university, and finds out the advantages and disadvantages in the development of the graduate education of the master of public health in a certain university. Finally, define the strategic objectives of a university master of public health professional degree education, use the matrix combination to formulate specific development strategies, It is expected to be helpful to the sustainable development of MPH professional degree in a university.
