馬斯洛需要層次理論視閾下大學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵教育法優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:青年大學(xué)生是我國社會主義的建設(shè)者和接班人,加強對大學(xué)生的思想政治教育,培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀大學(xué)生,是由我國的社會主義性質(zhì)決定的,符合青年大學(xué)生自身的成長成才要求,對于國家的發(fā)展、民族的振興都有著重要的意義。激勵教育作為思想政治教育基本方法之一,在目前的運用過程中存在著眾多問題,導(dǎo)致激勵教育沒能發(fā)揮出應(yīng)有的效益。如何科學(xué)的發(fā)揮激勵教育的作用,激發(fā)大學(xué)生的積極性與潛能,是高校思想政治教育者面臨的重要課題和任務(wù),也是實現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育目標(biāo)的重要保證。馬斯洛需要層次理論所蘊含的“以需要為基礎(chǔ)”的激勵理念,能很好的彌補目前大學(xué)生思想政治激勵教育不注重需要——這一原動力的不足。故本文嘗試以馬斯洛需要理論為視角,在分析目前大學(xué)生需要的基礎(chǔ)上提出了思想政治教育激勵教育法的優(yōu)化對策,旨在提升馬斯洛需要層次理論在大學(xué)生思想政治教育領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用價值,推動激勵教育發(fā)揮更好的效益,以此調(diào)動大學(xué)生的積極性,激發(fā)挖掘大學(xué)生的潛能,,提高大學(xué)生的思想政治素質(zhì),有效促進大學(xué)生的全面發(fā)展。 本文主要分四個部分進行了探討: 第一部分主要介紹了馬斯洛需要層次理論,具體包括馬斯洛需要層次理論的主要內(nèi)容及其內(nèi)在關(guān)系,特征和功能。 第二部分主要闡述了思想政治教育激勵教育法的概念、要素,分析了思想政治教育激勵教育法的運轉(zhuǎn)原理及功能和運用原則。 第三部分分析了馬斯洛需要層次理論視閾下大學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵教育法優(yōu)化的可行性。首先,指出馬斯洛需要層次理論本身的科學(xué)性;其次,分析了馬斯洛需要層次理論視閾下大學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵教育法優(yōu)化的理論依據(jù);再次,分析了馬斯洛需要層次理論視閾下大學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵教育法優(yōu)化的現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。 第四部分以馬斯洛需要層次理論為指導(dǎo),以目前大學(xué)生需要現(xiàn)狀為依據(jù),分別從“激勵”理念的轉(zhuǎn)化、激勵內(nèi)容的選擇與豐富、激勵方式和途徑的開拓、激勵環(huán)境營造等四個方面探索了大學(xué)生思想政治教育激勵教育法的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:Young college students are the constructors and successors of socialism in our country. It is decided by the socialist nature of our country to strengthen ideological and political education for college students and train excellent college students with all-round development. It is of great significance to the development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation. As one of the basic methods of ideological and political education, there are many problems in the process of application. It is an important task and task for ideological and political educators in colleges and universities to give full play to the role of incentive education and stimulate the enthusiasm and potential of college students. It is also an important guarantee to realize the goal of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It can make up for the deficiency of the current ideological and political incentive education of college students not paying attention to the need, so this paper tries to take Maslow's need theory as the angle of view. On the basis of analyzing the needs of college students at present, this paper puts forward the optimized countermeasures of the stimulating education method of ideological and political education in order to promote the application value of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in the field of college students' ideological and political education. To promote the incentive education to play a better effect, so as to arouse the enthusiasm of college students, stimulate? Explore the potential of college students, improve their ideological and political quality, and effectively promote the all-round development of college students. This paper is divided into four parts:. The first part mainly introduces Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs, including the main contents, internal relations, characteristics and functions of Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs. The second part mainly expounds the concept and elements of the method of ideological and political education incentive education, and analyzes the operating principle, function and application principle of the method of ideological and political education incentive education. The third part analyzes the feasibility of the optimization of college students' ideological and political education incentive education method from the perspective of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. Firstly, it points out that Maslow needs hierarchy theory itself to be scientific; secondly, This paper analyzes the theoretical basis for the optimization of the ideological and political education incentive education method for college students under the view of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, and thirdly, analyzes the realistic basis for the optimization of the college students' ideological and political education incentive education method under the view of Maslow's need hierarchy theory. The 4th part is guided by Maslow's theory of hierarchy of needs, based on the present situation of college students' needs, respectively, from the transformation of "incentive" concept, the selection and enrichment of incentive content, and the development of incentive ways and means. This paper explores the optimization of college students' ideological and political education in four aspects: the construction of incentive environment and so on.
