【摘要】：本文從民辦高校、民辦高校輔導(dǎo)員界定入手,分析探討了民辦高校學(xué)生特點以及構(gòu)建和諧民辦高校輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生關(guān)系的重要意義。通過問卷調(diào)查、個案采訪方法,以新數(shù)據(jù)作為支撐,梳理研究了民辦高校輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀。總體上看是和諧的,但也存在著不和諧的方面和問題。可分為疏遠型、緊張型、抵觸型、不服型四種類型特征。系統(tǒng)分析了民辦高校輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生關(guān)系不和諧的原因,是從學(xué)校、輔導(dǎo)員以及學(xué)生個體素質(zhì)方面加以論證闡述。最后提出了新形勢下構(gòu)建民辦高校和諧輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生關(guān)系的對策建議：民辦高校要高度重視輔導(dǎo)員在學(xué)生成長成才中的作用；輔導(dǎo)員需要不斷提升自身綜合素質(zhì)；堅持“以人為本”的工作理念；尊重學(xué)生個體差異性；發(fā)揚民主、平等公正對待學(xué)生；與時俱進、創(chuàng)新工作方法。
[Abstract]:Starting with the definition of counselors in private colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the characteristics of private college students and the significance of building a harmonious relationship between counselors and students in private colleges and universities. Case interview method, with the new data as the support, combing and studying the current situation of the relationship between counselors and students in private universities. Generally speaking, it is harmonious, but there are also disharmonious aspects and problems. It can be divided into estranged type. Tension type, resistance type, disobedient type of four types of characteristics. A systematic analysis of the relationship between private college counselors and students of the reasons for disharmony, is from the school. Finally, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for constructing harmonious relationship between counselors and students in private colleges and universities under the new situation. Private colleges and universities should attach great importance to the role of counselors in the growth of students; Counselors need to constantly improve their comprehensive quality; Adhere to the "people-oriented" concept of work; Respecting students' individual differences; Promote democracy and treat students equally and fairly; Keep pace with the times and innovate working methods.
