【摘要】：中外合作辦學(xué)是高等教育國際化的重要推動(dòng)力,尤其是在工程教育領(lǐng)域,已經(jīng)有越來越多的高校及工程專業(yè)與國外高校及進(jìn)行合作。本論文通過對(duì)國內(nèi)幾所著名中外合作工程人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行案例分析,從人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)方式與教學(xué)內(nèi)容、管理制度、培養(yǎng)成就等各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行比較研究,探索我國總外合作工程人才培養(yǎng)已有的成就與存在的不足。 本研究主要分為以下幾個(gè)部分： 首先陳述了歐美主要發(fā)達(dá)國家工程人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,并歸納了這些國家在工程人才培養(yǎng)方面的特點(diǎn)和特色,分析比較了法英德美四個(gè)國家在工程人才培養(yǎng)方面的相同點(diǎn)和不同點(diǎn)。 其次根據(jù)法德英美四個(gè)國家工程人才培養(yǎng)的成就和獨(dú)特之處,選取了國內(nèi)中法、中德、中英、中美合作培養(yǎng)工程人才的八個(gè)案例,案例分別是北航中法工程師學(xué)院、中國民航大學(xué)中歐航空工程師學(xué)院、同濟(jì)大學(xué)中德學(xué)院、華東理工大學(xué)中德工學(xué)院、寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)、北京郵電大學(xué)國際學(xué)院、上海交通大學(xué)密西根學(xué)院以及吉林大學(xué)萊姆頓學(xué)院,闡述了這八個(gè)案例工程人才合作培養(yǎng)的過程及特點(diǎn),并通過對(duì)八個(gè)案例的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)方式與教學(xué)內(nèi)容、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)以及管理制度等方面的比較分析,以期發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)中外合作工程人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問題,并借鑒國外成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)進(jìn)一步做好工程人才的培養(yǎng)工作提供建議。 本論文采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較研究法、個(gè)案分析法以及訪談法,在案例研究和訪談過程中獲取了大量一手資料,對(duì)深入了解和研究中外合作工程人才培養(yǎng)具有一定的價(jià)值和意義。
[Abstract]:Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an important driving force for the internationalization of higher education, especially in the field of engineering education. More and more universities and engineering majors have cooperated with foreign universities and colleges. Through the case analysis of several famous domestic and foreign cooperative engineering talents training institutions, this paper aims at talent training. This paper makes a comparative study on teaching methods and teaching contents, management system, cultivation and so on, in order to explore the achievements and shortcomings in the training of total foreign cooperative engineering talents in China. This study is divided into the following parts: First of all, the paper describes the status quo of engineering talent training in the major developed countries in Europe and America, and summarizes the characteristics and characteristics of engineering talents training in these countries. This paper analyzes and compares the similarities and differences between France, Britain, Germany and the United States in the training of engineering talents. Secondly, according to the achievements and unique points of engineering talents training in four countries of France, Germany, Britain and America, this paper selects eight cases of cooperation between China and France, China and Germany, China and Britain, and China and the United States to train engineering talents. The cases are the Institute of China-France Engineers of Beihang, the Central European Institute of Aeronautical Engineers of the Civil Aviation University of China, the Institute of Sino-German Engineering of Tongji University, the Institute of Sino-German Engineering of East China University of Technology, and the University of Nottingham in Ningbo. The International College of Beijing University of posts and Telecommunications, the Michigan College of Shanghai Jiaotong University and the Lemton College of Jilin University have expounded the process and characteristics of the cooperation training of the eight case engineers. And through the eight cases of talent training objectives, teaching methods and teaching content, the construction of teachers and management system and other aspects of comparative analysis, in order to find domestic and foreign cooperative engineering talent training problems. And draw lessons from the successful experience of foreign countries, and provide suggestions for the further development of engineering talents. In this paper, literature research, comparative research, case analysis and interviews are used to obtain a lot of first-hand data in the process of case study and interview. It has certain value and significance to deeply understand and study the training of Chinese-foreign cooperative engineering talents.
