【摘要】：發(fā)展的大潮洶涌澎湃,勢(shì)不可擋。作為中華民族未來的接力人,大學(xué)生這一群體如何引領(lǐng)中國(guó)時(shí)代步入新的輝煌,需要更超群的智慧和膽識(shí)。這一切都離不開人格的力量去感召智慧,去凝聚共識(shí)。大學(xué)生健全人格培養(yǎng)是時(shí)代進(jìn)步的需要,是社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,也是每一個(gè)大學(xué)生自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的需要。 人格是一個(gè)人的志趣、性格、能力、心理、氣質(zhì)等等的集中表現(xiàn),是其知識(shí)積累、道德修養(yǎng)和意志磨煉的結(jié)晶,往往能夠通過日常交往、工作態(tài)度、社會(huì)活動(dòng)等具體的實(shí)踐,反映其思想覺悟、道德情操、工作能力所達(dá)到的水準(zhǔn)；同時(shí),又能以感性作用于客觀實(shí)際,影響身邊的人與環(huán)境,進(jìn)而對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)形成一定影響。社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀中強(qiáng)調(diào)堅(jiān)持以愛國(guó)主義為核心的民族精神和以改革創(chuàng)新為核心的時(shí)代精神。我們能夠深刻的理解一個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的崛起,在充分吸收世界經(jīng)驗(yàn)的同時(shí),更需要注入本土靈魂。近年來,我國(guó)較為重視中華民族精神的弘揚(yáng)和培育,但需要與之相適應(yīng)的具體實(shí)踐,傳統(tǒng)家訓(xùn)文化中的優(yōu)秀育人思想多以儒家文化為藍(lán)本,其中也發(fā)展了許多新的理論和獨(dú)到見解,特別是以修身、處世、治家、為學(xué)四方面的論述為主來體現(xiàn)人與社會(huì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系。 本文將從大學(xué)生健全人格培養(yǎng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和傳統(tǒng)家訓(xùn)文化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀著手,分析它們之間的聯(lián)系,提出喚起傳統(tǒng)家訓(xùn)文化的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。并通過對(duì)現(xiàn)在大學(xué)生存在的人格問題的探究,剖析了大學(xué)生群體中人格問題的突出原因,最后總體闡述了家訓(xùn)文化對(duì)推進(jìn)大學(xué)生健全人格培養(yǎng)的意義、作用及途徑。 當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育,在許多方面須創(chuàng)新發(fā)展以提升其活力和影響,亟需借鑒傳統(tǒng)家訓(xùn)文化以豐富其內(nèi)涵,使大學(xué)生在健全人格培養(yǎng)的過程中繼承并融合中華傳統(tǒng)文化,提升人格品位,運(yùn)用和發(fā)揮高尚人格的力量去激勵(lì)自身,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)全面的發(fā)展。天下興亡,匹夫有責(zé),我們須從中溫習(xí)做人行事的道理,體悟人生之真諦。我們有必要結(jié)合當(dāng)前大學(xué)生的思想、心理特點(diǎn),結(jié)合當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展的環(huán)境,從人與自然、人與社會(huì)、人與人的角度全方位解析傳統(tǒng)家訓(xùn)文化在健全人格培養(yǎng)中的重要作用,探究其現(xiàn)實(shí)意義以及實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。
[Abstract]:As the relay of the future of the Chinese nation , how the college students lead the Chinese era into a new glory and need more wisdom and courage . All of this is inseparable from the strength of the personality to summon the wisdom and to unite the consensus . The cultivation of the healthy personality of the college students is the need of the progress of the times . It is the need of social development and the need of each college student ' s self - realization . In recent years , our country pays great attention to the rise of the Chinese nation spirit and the spirit of the times which is the core of reform and innovation . In recent years , we have paid much attention to the spirit of patriotism as the core and the spirit of the times , which is the core of reform and innovation . This paper begins with the development of college students ' healthy personality cultivation and the development of traditional family training culture , analyzes the connection between them , and puts forward the practical significance of arousing the traditional family training culture . At present , ideological and political education in colleges and universities needs to be innovated and developed in many ways to improve its vitality and influence . It is urgent to learn from the traditional family training culture to enrich its connotation , promote the personality taste , use and exert the power of noble personality to inspire itself , and realize the true meaning of life . We need to combine the thought and psychological characteristics of the current college students , and analyze the important role of traditional family training culture in the cultivation of healthy personality from the angle of man and nature , people and society , people and human beings .
