【摘要】：適應(yīng)不斷發(fā)展的教育改革需要,學(xué)校需要不斷的組織創(chuàng)新和文化創(chuàng)新,來推動全體教師專長知識的有效積累和發(fā)展,成為一個真正的知識創(chuàng)新型組織。本文以知識的社會建構(gòu)性為基礎(chǔ),論述了知識和學(xué)習(xí)對文化和實踐境脈的依賴性,指出學(xué)習(xí)共同體為知識的社會性建構(gòu)提供了有效的環(huán)境。由于組織和共同體的不同社會學(xué)意義,本文在比較了學(xué)習(xí)共同體和學(xué)習(xí)型組織的異同后,認為學(xué)習(xí)型組織通過建立有利于組織學(xué)習(xí)的制度環(huán)境,能夠為孕育知識創(chuàng)新的學(xué)習(xí)共同體的產(chǎn)生創(chuàng)造條件。在正式組織中建立的學(xué)習(xí)型組織和非正式環(huán)境中培育的學(xué)習(xí)共同體的雙重編織架構(gòu),構(gòu)成了基于知識創(chuàng)新的學(xué)校組織發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the effective accumulation and development of teachers' specialized knowledge, schools need to constantly innovate in organization and culture to meet the needs of the continuous development of education reform, so as to become a real knowledge innovation organization. Based on the social constructivism of knowledge, this paper discusses the dependence of knowledge and learning on cultural and practical context, and points out that learning community provides an effective environment for the social construction of knowledge. Because of the different sociological significance of organization and community, after comparing the similarities and differences between learning community and learning organization, this paper holds that learning organization establishes an institutional environment conducive to organizational learning. It can create the conditions for the creation of learning community that breeds knowledge innovation. The dual weaving structure of learning organization established in formal organization and learning community cultivated in informal environment constitutes the development strategy of school organization based on knowledge innovation.
