【摘要】：正在我國(guó),學(xué)校班主任工作的主要內(nèi)容為德育、心理健康教育、安全教育以及班級(jí)管理、家校聯(lián)系協(xié)調(diào)等工作。近年來(lái),班主任工作備受重視。國(guó)家和各省市、各學(xué)校紛紛出臺(tái)措施,從政策、制度上給予班主任物質(zhì)和精神鼓勵(lì),以期加強(qiáng)班主任工作的力度;同時(shí),紛紛開(kāi)展
