【摘要】：目的:了解單親家庭大學(xué)生的心理健康狀況,并與普通家庭大學(xué)生比較。方法:2006-04/05在某醫(yī)學(xué)院校根據(jù)學(xué)生學(xué)號(hào)末尾數(shù)字隨機(jī)抽取普通家庭學(xué)生345名,其中享受學(xué)校減免學(xué)費(fèi)的貧困學(xué)生58名,通過(guò)查閱學(xué)生學(xué)籍表的方法獲得單親家庭學(xué)生133名,其中享受學(xué)校減免學(xué)費(fèi)的貧困學(xué)生39名。采用癥狀自評(píng)量表對(duì)其心理健康狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,以量表中各因子均分作為心理健康狀況的具體指標(biāo),分?jǐn)?shù)越高,表明心理健康狀況越差。結(jié)果:普通家庭學(xué)生有效問(wèn)卷312份,其中貧困學(xué)生有效問(wèn)卷43份;單親家庭學(xué)生有效問(wèn)卷104份,其中貧困學(xué)生有效問(wèn)卷32份。①單親家庭大學(xué)生的心理健康狀況與普通家庭大學(xué)生比較,差異無(wú)顯著性(P0.05)。②單親貧困大學(xué)生的強(qiáng)迫和人際敏感因子得分顯著低于普通貧困大學(xué)生(1.57±0.38,1.87±0.64;1.46±0.41,1.73±0.62,t=2.289,2.265,P0.05)。③單親家庭男大學(xué)生的強(qiáng)迫、人際敏感和敵對(duì)因子得分顯著低于普通家庭男大學(xué)生(1.50±0.33,1.77±0.47;1.40±0.37,1.63±0.49;1.29±0.34,1.46±0.46,t=2.848,2.750,2.276,P0.01,0.01,0.05)。單親家庭女大學(xué)生的心理健康狀況與普通家庭女大學(xué)生比較,差異無(wú)顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:單親家庭大學(xué)生的心理健康狀況與普通家庭總體上并無(wú)明顯差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the mental health status of single-parent college students and compare it with that of normal family students.Methods at a medical college in May 2006 04 / 05, 345 students from ordinary families were randomly selected according to the last number of student numbers, of which 58 students from poor families were exempted from school fees, and 133 students from single-parent families were obtained by looking up the student status tables.Among them, 39 poor students enjoy school fee remission.The mental health status was investigated by symptom Checklist (SCL-90).
