【摘要】：正班主任是實施素質教育的中堅力量,如何提高班主任的素質是近年來人們至為關注的問題。提升班主任專業(yè)化水平、提高班主任待遇等等,都應在考慮之列,而最為重要的是引導教師確立信念——班主任是一種事業(yè)的追求。
[Abstract]:The full head teacher is the backbone of the quality education. How to improve the quality of the class teacher is a problem that people pay close attention to in recent years. It should be taken into account to improve the professional level of the head teacher, raise the treatment of the class teacher, and so on. The most important thing is to guide teachers to establish faith-head teacher is the pursuit of a career.
