【摘要】：教育適應學生思想理念與創(chuàng)新性人才培養(yǎng)的原則和要求之間有著本質的契合。實施教育適應學生的教育理念,加速創(chuàng)新性人才培養(yǎng),要從制度體系上真正確立學生的主體地位,切實尊重和保障學生自我發(fā)展需要及其在校期間自主學習的各項權益;要在引導學生自主學習和適應學生個性化發(fā)展需要方面下工夫,努力實現(xiàn)教育教學內容、方式的開放性和多樣化。
[Abstract]:There is an essential correspondence between the ideological concept of adapting students and the principles and requirements of cultivating innovative talents. To carry out the educational concept of adapting education to students and to speed up the cultivation of innovative talents, we should really establish the main position of students from the system. We must earnestly respect and protect the needs of students' self-development and their rights and interests in autonomous learning during their school years; we must make efforts to guide students to learn independently and adapt to the needs of students' individualized development, and strive to realize the contents of education and teaching. Openness and diversity of ways.
