【摘要】：隨著領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究的推進(jìn),教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作為學(xué)校變革的新動(dòng)力得到了研究者和實(shí)踐者的廣泛關(guān)注。本文從教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的定義、角色叢以及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)功能三個(gè)方面探討了教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的豐富內(nèi)涵,并認(rèn)為學(xué)校內(nèi)的教師領(lǐng)導(dǎo)功能是通過(guò)跨層級(jí)關(guān)系、托管關(guān)系、對(duì)等關(guān)系、權(quán)利分離關(guān)系以及友誼關(guān)系等分布式機(jī)制得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的。
[Abstract]:With the development of leadership research, teachers' leadership, as a new driving force for school change, has received extensive attention from researchers and practitioners. This paper discusses the rich connotation of teacher leadership from three aspects: the definition of teacher leadership, the role cluster and the leadership function. It is considered that the teacher leadership function in the school is realized through the distributed mechanisms such as inter-hierarchical relationship, trusteeship relationship, peer-to-peer relationship, separation of rights relationship and friendship relationship.
