【摘要】： 技術與繼續(xù)教育(Technical and Further Education簡稱TAFE)是澳大利亞職業(yè)教育與培訓的主體力量，其發(fā)展歷史可以追溯到19世紀末，當時稱為技術教育(Technical Education，TE)。1973年澳大利亞聯(lián)邦政府對本國傳統(tǒng)的職業(yè)教育與培訓進行了改革，成立了技術與繼續(xù)教育委員會(Committee of Technical and Further Education)，明確提出將技術教育與繼續(xù)教育結合在一起，把學歷教育與崗位培訓結合到一起，并于80年代末90年代初實施了能力本位的職業(yè)培訓。經(jīng)過30多年的發(fā)展，澳大利亞已經(jīng)形成了具有鮮明特色，相對完善的職業(yè)與培訓體系。 目前，國內(nèi)外已經(jīng)達成共識的澳大利亞TAFE比較突出特色主要表現(xiàn)在：突出了行業(yè)的主體地位；建立了國家統(tǒng)一的資格證書；以培訓包為依據(jù)的課程開發(fā)；高素質(zhì)、雙師型的師資隊伍；以市場、企業(yè)為導向的課程設置等。澳大利亞TAFE對當前我國高等職業(yè)教育的改革有許多借鑒之處。本文主要以澳大利亞TAFE課程開發(fā)和設置為主要切入點，分析當前TAFE課程開發(fā)和設置的特色及現(xiàn)狀，以一些州的TAFE學院課程設置作為例，，并與我國高職課程開發(fā)與課程設置作比較，本論文的研究成果將對我國高職課程改革有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Technical and Further Education (TAFEE) is the main force of vocational education and training in Australia, and its development can be traced back to the end of 19th century. In 1973, the Federal Government of Australia reformed the country's traditional vocational education and training, and set up the Committee of Technical and Further Education to explicitly propose a combination of technical education and continuing education. The combination of academic education and on-the-job training was carried out at the end of 80s and the beginning of 90s. After more than 30 years of development, Australia has formed a distinct characteristic and relatively perfect vocational and training system. At present, Australia's TAFE, which has reached consensus at home and abroad, has some outstanding features, such as: prominent position of the industry; establishment of a unified national qualification certificate; curriculum development based on training package; high quality, Double-qualified teaching staff; market-oriented, enterprise-oriented curriculum, etc. Australia's TAFE has many references to the current reform of higher vocational education in China. This paper mainly takes Australian TAFE curriculum development and setup as the main breakthrough point. This paper analyzes the characteristics and present situation of TAFE curriculum development and setup, taking some states' TAFE college curriculum as an example, and compares it with the curriculum development and curriculum setup of higher vocational education in China. The research results of this paper will be used for reference to the curriculum reform of higher vocational education in China.
