【摘要】：該文從中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力培訓(xùn)的實(shí)際過程出發(fā),在分析形成性評(píng)價(jià)概念和學(xué)習(xí)過程分析的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析了混合式培訓(xùn)模式下學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的分類,以及學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的觀測(cè)指標(biāo),并描述了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成性評(píng)價(jià)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),為形成性評(píng)價(jià)過程中資料數(shù)據(jù)的收集、分析、反饋提供了理論和技術(shù)基礎(chǔ),真正把形成性評(píng)價(jià)融于具體的教學(xué)活動(dòng)過程之中,以此來(lái)推動(dòng)中小學(xué)教師教育技術(shù)能力培訓(xùn)的有效開展。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the concept of formative evaluation and the analysis of learning process, this paper analyzes in detail the classification of learning activities under the mixed training mode, starting from the actual process of educational technical ability training for primary and secondary school teachers, and on the basis of analyzing the concept of formative evaluation and learning process analysis. The key technologies of formative evaluation based on network are described, which provide theoretical and technical basis for data collection, analysis and feedback in formative evaluation. The formative evaluation is really integrated in the process of teaching activities, so as to promote the effective development of educational technical ability training of primary and secondary school teachers.
