【摘要】：南京國民政府建立后,1928年5月15日至28日,大學院作為管理全國教育學術的最高機構(gòu),在南京召開第一次全國教育會議,旨在集思廣益,促進教育發(fā)展。會議結(jié)束后,多項提案形成教育法令,尤其在三民主義教育宗旨的頒布、教育經(jīng)費的保障和師范教育的發(fā)展等方面貢獻頗大,是推進國民政府初期教育改革的重要動力。
[Abstract]:After the establishment of the Nanjing National Government, from May 15 to 28, 1928, the University College, as the highest institution for the management of the national education academic, held the first national education conference in Nanjing in order to pool wisdom and promote the development of education.After the meeting, a number of proposals formed educational decrees, especially in the three people's principles of the promulgation of the purpose of education, the guarantee of educational funds and the development of teacher education, and so on, which is an important driving force to promote the initial education reform of the National Government.
