【摘要】：一個地區(qū)就業(yè)形勢的變化必定會受到來自社會、經濟、文化、教育等多方面因素的影響,研究民族地區(qū)民族就業(yè)觀念與就業(yè)趨向的變化,有利于民族地區(qū)社會經濟的良性發(fā)展。進入21世紀京族地區(qū)出現了新的社會需求,特別是隨著泛北部灣經濟區(qū)的開發(fā)與建設,對當地居民提出了新的要求,為適應社會的這一變化,京族人的產業(yè)模式正在發(fā)生轉變。本研究通過對京族人產業(yè)模式變化的因素分析,指出京族人產業(yè)模式變化對教育的啟示。
[Abstract]:The employment situation changes in a region will be from society, economy, culture, education and other factors, changes of minority employment attitudes and trends, is conducive to the sound development of social economy in ethnic areas. In twenty-first Century the Jing region appeared the new social demand, especially with the development and construction the Pan Beibu Gulf Economic Zone, put forward new requirements for the local residents, in order to adapt to the change of the society, the industry mode is changing. The research on the industry through the mode change factor analysis, pointed out the Enlightenment of change of Jing people industry model for education.
