【摘要】：教師的情感因素是構(gòu)成教師對(duì)學(xué)生心理反映和心理態(tài)度的本質(zhì)成分,是決定教師心理反映和態(tài)度好惡的原因或條件。教師的情感因素按其產(chǎn)生的原因不同,可以分為教師的心理素質(zhì)、教師的價(jià)值取向、教師的道德品質(zhì)、教師的能力、教師的評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和教師的需求等。在課堂教學(xué)過(guò)程中,教師的情感因素不僅直接影響教師的教學(xué)效果,而且影響著學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)和整個(gè)過(guò)程,是課堂教學(xué)得以順利實(shí)施的先決條件。教師必須正確認(rèn)識(shí)情感因素在課堂教學(xué)過(guò)程中的作用,同時(shí)要重視積極情感因素的培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Teachers' emotional factors are the essential components of teachers' psychological reflection and attitude towards students, and are the reasons or conditions that determine teachers' psychological responses and attitudes. The teachers' emotional factors are different according to their causes. It can be divided into teacher's psychological quality, teacher's value orientation, teacher's moral quality, teacher's ability, teacher's evaluation standard and teacher's demand. Teachers' emotional factors not only directly affect the teaching effect of teachers, but also affect all aspects of students' learning and the whole process. Teachers must correctly understand the role of affective factors in the process of classroom teaching and attach importance to the cultivation of positive affective factors.
