【摘要】：正 2003年,上海市民辦非學(xué)歷教育蓬勃發(fā)展,在教育行政部門注冊(cè)的民辦非學(xué)歷教育機(jī)構(gòu)達(dá)1300多家,接受民辦非學(xué)歷教育培訓(xùn)達(dá)230余萬人次,占全市總?cè)丝诘?/6強(qiáng)。

More than 1300 private non-academic educational institutions were registered in the education administration, and more than 2.3 million people received private non-academic education and training, accounting for more than 1 / 6 of the total population of the city.
