聽(tīng)障兒童聽(tīng)覺(jué)和言語(yǔ)特征及其關(guān)系的研究與訓(xùn)練策略

【摘要】:本研究對(duì)聽(tīng)障兒童的聽(tīng)覺(jué)和言語(yǔ)特征進(jìn)行分析,指出聽(tīng)覺(jué)言語(yǔ)康復(fù)的難點(diǎn),探討聽(tīng)障兒童聽(tīng)覺(jué)和言語(yǔ)之間的相互關(guān)系,并制定有效的訓(xùn)練策略。 論文首先使用我國(guó)聾兒康復(fù)系統(tǒng)通用的聽(tīng)覺(jué)言語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言評(píng)估體系,對(duì)151名聽(tīng)障兒童的聽(tīng)覺(jué)言語(yǔ)康復(fù)效果進(jìn)行一年的跟蹤評(píng)估。通過(guò)多組實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì),考察康復(fù)時(shí)間等因素對(duì)聽(tīng)障兒童聽(tīng)覺(jué)和言語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力發(fā)展的影響,探討了聽(tīng)障兒童聽(tīng)覺(jué)能力與言語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力的發(fā)展規(guī)律及兩者之間關(guān)系的一般規(guī)律。聽(tīng)障兒童的聽(tīng)覺(jué)能力和言語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力均隨康復(fù)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而顯著提高;聽(tīng)覺(jué)能力中的聲母識(shí)別、言語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力中的語(yǔ)音清晰度和語(yǔ)言表達(dá)是聽(tīng)障兒童聽(tīng)覺(jué)言語(yǔ)康復(fù)中的難點(diǎn);聽(tīng)障兒童聽(tīng)覺(jué)與言語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力存在顯著正相關(guān),但聽(tīng)覺(jué)能力的提高速度顯著高于言語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力。 為了具體分析聽(tīng)障兒童康復(fù)中存在的聽(tīng)覺(jué)識(shí)別和構(gòu)音清晰度的問(wèn)題所在,使用“構(gòu)音語(yǔ)音能力評(píng)估詞表”和“兒童音位對(duì)比式識(shí)別能力評(píng)估詞表”對(duì)60名聽(tīng)障兒童的聽(tīng)覺(jué)辨識(shí)和構(gòu)音語(yǔ)音能力進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,分析聽(tīng)障兒童音位對(duì)聽(tīng)覺(jué)辨識(shí)和構(gòu)音語(yǔ)音異常的具體問(wèn)題及其關(guān)系。聽(tīng)障兒童36對(duì)核心音位對(duì)的聽(tīng)覺(jué)辨識(shí)能力高于構(gòu)音語(yǔ)音能力;聲母音位對(duì)的辨識(shí)和發(fā)音較難;將聽(tīng)障兒童音位對(duì)的聽(tīng)覺(jué)辨識(shí)和構(gòu)音語(yǔ)音對(duì)比特征分為六種類型,其中第三種和第六種類型的音位對(duì)需要進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的強(qiáng)化訓(xùn)練。 為了彌補(bǔ)構(gòu)音語(yǔ)音異常主觀評(píng)估的不足,尋找可以區(qū)分聽(tīng)障兒童易混淆音位對(duì)的聲學(xué)特征參數(shù),使用構(gòu)音語(yǔ)音測(cè)量的方法對(duì)聽(tīng)障兒童易混淆的音位對(duì)進(jìn)行聲學(xué)特征分析,分析結(jié)果表明,坡度可以作為塞音與擦音音位對(duì)的區(qū)別特征參數(shù),第二共振峰起始音征可以作為音位對(duì)d/g的區(qū)別特征參數(shù)。 為了解決聽(tīng)障兒童康復(fù)中存在的精細(xì)語(yǔ)音辨識(shí)和發(fā)音困難的難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,本論文根據(jù)聽(tīng)障兒童音位對(duì)的發(fā)音錯(cuò)誤走向及其與聽(tīng)覺(jué)辨識(shí)的關(guān)系,結(jié)合聽(tīng)障兒童的聽(tīng)覺(jué)言語(yǔ)康復(fù)特點(diǎn),對(duì)當(dāng)前構(gòu)音語(yǔ)音訓(xùn)練和音位對(duì)比式聽(tīng)覺(jué)識(shí)別能力訓(xùn)練的方法進(jìn)行提煉和整合,制定了針對(duì)性的聽(tīng)說(shuō)聯(lián)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練策略,專門(mén)針對(duì)聲母音位精細(xì)語(yǔ)音的辨識(shí)和發(fā)音訓(xùn)練,在聽(tīng)說(shuō)聯(lián)動(dòng)評(píng)估的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)21個(gè)聲母音位進(jìn)行開(kāi)放式的音位對(duì)比聽(tīng)-說(shuō)聯(lián)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練。 本研究主要得到以下結(jié)論:聽(tīng)障兒童的言語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言能力發(fā)展相對(duì)落后于聽(tīng)覺(jué)能力;語(yǔ)音清晰度和聲母識(shí)別能力較差是聽(tīng)障兒童康復(fù)中急需解決的問(wèn)題;聽(tīng)障兒童音位對(duì)的聽(tīng)覺(jué)辨識(shí)能力高于構(gòu)音語(yǔ)音能力;對(duì)由于聽(tīng)不清而造成發(fā)音混淆的音位對(duì)應(yīng)進(jìn)行專門(mén)的音位對(duì)比訓(xùn)練;聲學(xué)特征分析可以為精確診斷聲母音位歪曲的偏向提供科學(xué)依據(jù);“音位對(duì)比聽(tīng)-說(shuō)聯(lián)動(dòng)”訓(xùn)練策略充分發(fā)揮了聽(tīng)覺(jué)和言語(yǔ)聯(lián)動(dòng)關(guān)系的作用,提高了聽(tīng)覺(jué)言語(yǔ)康復(fù)的精度,使患兒聽(tīng)覺(jué)言語(yǔ)康復(fù)中的難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題得到改善,有助于聽(tīng)障兒童各項(xiàng)能力的綜合發(fā)展,為縮短康復(fù)時(shí)間提供了有效途徑。
[Abstract]:This study analyzes the hearing and speech characteristics of hearing impaired children , points out the difficulties of hearing speech rehabilitation , discusses the interrelations among hearing impairment children ' s hearing and speech , and develops effective training strategies .


This paper first uses the universal auditory speech language evaluation system of deaf children ' s rehabilitation system in China to make a year follow - up evaluation on the auditory verbal rehabilitation effect of 151 hearing - impaired children . Through multiple sets of experiment design , the influence of rehabilitation time on hearing and speech language ability development of hearing - impaired children is studied .
The speech intelligibility and language expression in hearing ability are the difficulties in hearing impaired children ' s auditory verbal rehabilitation .
There is a significant positive correlation between hearing impairment and speech language ability , but the speed of hearing ability is significantly higher than that of speech language .


In order to analyze the problems of hearing impairment and speech intelligibility in children with hearing impairment , the auditory recognition and speech recognition of 60 hearing - impaired children were compared and analyzed by using the Speech Form of Speech Ability Assessment and Children ' s Phonological Speech Recognition . The specific problems and their relationship between hearing impairment and speech abnormality were analyzed . The auditory recognition ability of hearing impairment children 36 to core phoneme pairs was higher than that of voice speech recognition .
It is difficult to identify and pronounce the sound position of the sound mother ;
There are six types of auditory recognition and phonetic transcription in children with hearing impairment , among which the third and sixth types of phoneme pairs require targeted intensive training .


In order to make up for the deficiency of subjective assessment of voice abnormal sound , it is found that the acoustic characteristic parameters of the deaf children are easy to be confused . The acoustic characteristic analysis is carried out by using the method of voice measurement . The results show that the slope can be used as the distinguishing feature parameter of the sound position pair of the sound barrier and the fricatives , and the second resonance peak starting sound sign can be used as the distinguishing feature parameter of the phoneme pair d / g .


In order to solve the difficult problem of fine speech recognition and pronunciation difficulty in hearing impaired children ' s rehabilitation , this paper combines and integrates the pronunciation error trend of hearing impaired children and the relationship between auditory recognition and auditory speech rehabilitation of hearing impaired children .


In this study , the following conclusions are obtained : the speech language ability development of hearing impaired children lags behind the hearing ability ;
The poor speech intelligibility and the poor recognition ability are the urgent problems to be solved in the rehabilitation of hearing impaired children ;
The auditory recognition ability of hearing - impaired children ' s phoneme pairs is higher than that of voice - building voice .
a special phoneme comparison training is carried out for the phoneme corresponding to the pronunciation confusion caused by the hearing ;
The acoustic characteristic analysis can provide a scientific basis for the accurate diagnosis of the deflection of the sound - vowel sound .
The " phoneme contrast hearing - speaking linkage " training strategy fully exerts the function of hearing and speech linkage , improves the accuracy of auditory speech rehabilitation , improves the difficult problem in hearing speech rehabilitation of children , helps the comprehensive development of children ' s abilities of hearing impairment , and provides an effective way for shortening the recovery time .
