【摘要】：社區(qū)教育是構(gòu)建終身教育的一個學(xué)習(xí)平臺,而社區(qū)教育能否正常運作的一個關(guān)鍵是必要和適當?shù)娜�、財、物方面的一系列教育資源的投入。本文依據(jù)社區(qū)教育的準公共物品理論,提出了關(guān)于建立以地方政府作為社區(qū)教育投資主體、建立與人均GDP掛鉤的社區(qū)教育成本核算體系等若干建議。
[Abstract]:Community education is a learning platform to construct lifelong education, and the key to the normal operation of community education is necessary and appropriate people. Based on the quasi-public goods theory of community education, this paper puts forward the idea of setting up local government as the main body of community education investment. To establish a community education cost accounting system linked to per capita GDP, and so on.
