初中生自尊發(fā)展及其干預(yù)性研究

【摘要】: 自尊屬于自我系統(tǒng)中的情感和認(rèn)知成分,是個(gè)人對(duì)自我價(jià)值和自我能力的積極情感體驗(yàn)和認(rèn)知評(píng)價(jià)。自尊是心理健康的重要指標(biāo)之一,對(duì)心理健康有重要的保護(hù)作用。 本研究首先選取大連市一所中學(xué)的全體學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,采用《中小學(xué)自尊自我評(píng)定問卷》、《師生關(guān)系滿意度量表》和《同伴關(guān)系滿意度量表》對(duì)其進(jìn)行集體測(cè)量,探討初中生自尊發(fā)展的年級(jí)、性別特點(diǎn)以及師生關(guān)系、同伴關(guān)系對(duì)自尊發(fā)展的影響機(jī)制。然后基于研究一找到干預(yù)自尊的有效載體和形式,確定對(duì)自尊實(shí)施干預(yù)訓(xùn)練的關(guān)鍵期,篩選出自尊發(fā)展不良的被試。最后采用自編的自尊團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練方案對(duì)14名低自尊被試進(jìn)行自尊團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練,探討自尊團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練對(duì)自尊發(fā)展水平的影響,試圖尋求提高自尊發(fā)展不良學(xué)生心理健康水平的有效途徑。研究結(jié)果表明: (1)初中生自尊發(fā)展存在年級(jí)差異,初一學(xué)生的自尊水平顯著的高于初二、初三,初二自尊發(fā)展出現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)折;初中生自尊發(fā)展存在性別差異,女生發(fā)展顯著好于男生; (2)師生關(guān)系和同伴關(guān)系是學(xué)校中影響初中生自尊發(fā)展的重要因素,并且同伴關(guān)系在師生關(guān)系影響自尊發(fā)展中起部分中介作用; (3)經(jīng)過自尊團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練,實(shí)驗(yàn)組的自尊水平與實(shí)驗(yàn)前相比明顯地提高了,與控制組相比提高亦極為顯著,說明自尊團(tuán)體訓(xùn)練是提高初中學(xué)生自尊水平的有效形式和方法。
[Abstract]:Self esteem belongs to the emotional and cognitive components of the self system. It is an individual's positive emotional experience and cognitive evaluation of self value and self ability. Self esteem is one of the important indicators of mental health and has an important protective effect on mental health.
This study first selected all the students in a middle school in Dalian as the research object, using the self-assessment questionnaire for self-esteem of primary and secondary schools, the satisfaction scale of teacher-student relationship and the scale of peer relationship satisfaction, to explore the grade, the sexual special point and the relationship between teachers and students, and the development of self-esteem. And then based on the study of the effective carrier and form of finding the self-respect, the key period of the self-respect training was determined, and the subjects with self-respect development were screened out. Finally, the self-respect group training program was used to carry out self-respect training for 14 low self-esteem subjects and to explore the level of self-esteem development. This study attempts to find an effective way to improve the mental health level of unhealthy students.
(1) there are grade differences in self-esteem development of junior high school students. The level of self-esteem of primary school students is significantly higher than that in junior middle school.
(2) teacher-student relationship and peer relationship are important factors affecting the self-esteem development of junior high school students, and peer relationship plays a partial intermediary role in the influence of teacher-student relationship on the development of self-esteem.
(3) after the self-respect group training, the self-esteem level of the experimental group is obviously improved compared with that before the experiment, and the improvement of the self-respect group is also significantly higher than that in the control group. It shows that the self-respect group training is an effective form and method to improve the self-esteem level of the junior high school students.
