【摘要】：1940年舉行的中央研究院第二屆評(píng)議員的選舉,是該院首屆評(píng)議會(huì)在抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的大后方主持的評(píng)議會(huì)的改選活動(dòng)。文章主要基于檔案資料,對(duì)這次選舉的醞釀、籌備和進(jìn)行過(guò)程以及影響等進(jìn)行了論述和分析。選舉之前,評(píng)議會(huì)以《國(guó)立中央研究院評(píng)議會(huì)條例》為基礎(chǔ),制定了較為周密而民主的選舉規(guī)程,做了充分的籌備工作。國(guó)立高校教授和推選委員會(huì)選舉評(píng)議員候選人后,評(píng)議會(huì)嚴(yán)格按照選舉規(guī)程和評(píng)議員資格對(duì)當(dāng)選候選人進(jìn)行了資格審查和決選。這次選舉要較首屆評(píng)議員的選舉有明顯的改進(jìn),對(duì)中央研究院首屆院士選舉的成功舉行產(chǎn)生了積極的影響。在中央研究院學(xué)術(shù)體制的建設(shè)進(jìn)程中,它是一個(gè)起到承前啟后作用的重要環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:The election of the second member of the Academia Sinica in 1940 was the reelection of the first Senate in the rear area during the War of Resistance against Japan. Based on the archival data, this paper discusses and analyzes the brewing, preparation, process and influence of this election. Before the election, the Convocation made more detailed and democratic election procedures and made sufficient preparations on the basis of the regulations of the Senate of the National Institute of Chinese Studies. After the National University Professor and the selection Committee elected and evaluated the candidates, the Senate conducted a qualification examination and a run-off election according to the election rules and the qualifications of the elected members. This election is a significant improvement over the first member election and has had a positive impact on the successful election of the first Academician of Academia Sinica. In the process of academic system construction of Academia Sinica, it is an important link in connecting the past with the future.
