【摘要】：我國(guó)的基本國(guó)情和人口發(fā)展趨勢(shì)決定了在今后相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)期內(nèi),以農(nóng)民工為主體的人口流動(dòng)現(xiàn)象將持續(xù)存在,農(nóng)民工子女?dāng)?shù)量也將不斷增加。在解決農(nóng)民工子女教育問(wèn)題上應(yīng)秉持統(tǒng)籌的思路。"統(tǒng)籌"有層次之分,首先,需要將"流動(dòng)兒童"和"留守兒童"視作農(nóng)民工子女群體的有機(jī)組成部分,統(tǒng)籌予以考慮;其次,在具體解決"流動(dòng)兒童"和"留守兒童"教育問(wèn)題時(shí)也要有一種統(tǒng)籌的視野�？梢哉f(shuō),統(tǒng)籌的思路貫穿于解決農(nóng)民工子女教育問(wèn)題的全過(guò)程和每一具體環(huán)節(jié)之中。
[Abstract]:The basic situation of our country and the trend of population development determine that in a long period of time, the phenomenon of population flow with migrant workers as the main body will continue to exist and the number of children of migrant workers will increase constantly. Children "children" and "left behind children" are considered as an organic part of the children of migrant workers, and they should be considered as a whole. Secondly, there should be an overall vision in solving the education problems of "floating children" and "left behind children". It can be said that the overall plan is through the whole process of solving the problem of rural migrant workers' children's education and each specific link.
