日本新的學校評價制度政策動向

【摘要】:為了保障和提高義務教育質量,日本政府提出創(chuàng)造新時代的義務教育結構改革的設想。即盡可能擴大市町村和學校的權限和責任,發(fā)揮地方和學校的主體性和創(chuàng)造性,促進區(qū)域教育的發(fā)展,國家的責任是對教育結果進行驗證,實行新的學校評價制度,旨在推進學校評價由單一評價向多樣化評價轉變,進而構建義務教育質量保障體系。
[Abstract]:In order to guarantee and improve the quality of compulsory education, the Japanese government put forward the idea of creating a new era of compulsory education structure reform. That is, to maximize the powers and responsibilities of municipalities and schools, to give full play to the subjectivity and creativity of local and schools, and to promote the development of regional education. It is the responsibility of the State to verify the results of education and to implement a new school evaluation system. The purpose of this paper is to promote the transformation of school evaluation from single evaluation to diversified evaluation, and then to construct the quality assurance system of compulsory education.
