無傷害教育論

【摘要】:教育活動是有負(fù)面作用的。本文定義并簡要描述了教育傷害及教育傷害行為,包括容易被人忽視的隱性教育傷害和隱性教育傷害行為。學(xué)習(xí)疲勞綜合癥是最廣泛的教育傷害,疲勞教學(xué)法是最廣泛的教育傷害行為。本文提出有傷害教育和無傷害教育的概念,提醒人們認(rèn)識到遏止有傷害教育,推行無傷害教育的緊迫性和巨大難度,為有效實施這種變革提出十項對策。
[Abstract]:Educational activities have negative effects. This paper defines and briefly describes educational injury and its behavior, including hidden educational injury and implicit educational injury, which are easily neglected. Learning fatigue syndrome is the most extensive educational injury. Fatigue teaching method is the most extensive educational harm behavior. This paper puts forward the concepts of injurious education and non-injurious education, and reminds people to realize the urgency and great difficulty of stopping injurious education and carrying out non-injurious education. Ten countermeasures are put forward for the effective implementation of this kind of reform.
