日本教師評價的轉(zhuǎn)型與特征

【摘要】:在錯綜復(fù)雜的教育與社會形勢下,日本政府希望通過教師評價的改革促進教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,提升學(xué);盍。新教師評價以合目的性、公平公正性、客觀性、透明性和滿意性為基本原則,重視自主申報、目標(biāo)管理、業(yè)績評價和評價結(jié)果應(yīng)用,是對日本教師傳統(tǒng)工作評定的重要轉(zhuǎn)型。目標(biāo)管理禁錮教育目標(biāo)、評價主體專業(yè)能力不足、第三方評價機構(gòu)缺位、績效主義的功利化傾向則是這次日本教師評價轉(zhuǎn)型的主要阻力。
[Abstract]:In the complicated educational and social situation, the Japanese government hopes to promote teachers' professional development and school vitality through the reform of teacher evaluation. The evaluation of new teachers, which is based on the principles of purpose, fairness, objectivity, transparency and satisfaction, attaches importance to self-declaration, objective management, performance evaluation and the application of evaluation results, which is an important transformation of the traditional job evaluation of Japanese teachers. The main resistance of the Japanese teachers' evaluation transition is the imprison of educational objectives by objective management, the lack of professional ability of evaluation subjects, the absence of third-party evaluation institutions, and the utilitarian tendency of performance doctrine.
