高等教育慕課的價值創(chuàng)造與盈利模式

【摘要】:慕課的誕生和發(fā)展為高等教育創(chuàng)造了一個開放競爭的市場。作為一種新的高等教育產品,慕課必須切實為學習者創(chuàng)造價值,以及基于價值創(chuàng)造原則創(chuàng)新盈利模式,才可能真正實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本質上,慕課的價值創(chuàng)造主要體現(xiàn)在三個方面:為學習者提供精品知識內容、對學習者進行有效教學訓練、使學習者實現(xiàn)能力認證。一定程度上,慕課為學習者創(chuàng)造價值的多寡,決定了高等教育自由市場上學習者選擇慕課的幾率大小,也決定了慕課利益相關者能否實現(xiàn)盈利和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。對慕課盈虧平衡分析表明,當前除了少數(shù)擁有大量學習者的熱門課程能夠盈利外,多數(shù)課程給大學帶來的收入不足以彌補課程開發(fā)和運行的成本。為提高慕課的盈利能力,各國慕課平臺已突破提供單一課程的局限,推出慕課學分、微專業(yè)證書、基于慕課的學位等高價值產品來吸引學習者。我國慕課應借鑒國際慕課產品的創(chuàng)新,設計適合中國學習者的慕課產品,從而增加收入,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。具體有四點建議:一是建議教育部成立"中國慕課學分課程聯(lián)盟",二是建議開設慕課的大學聯(lián)合推出熱門領域的微專業(yè)課程,三是建議引進慕課的大學開設混合教學課堂,四是建議慕課平臺充分挖掘增值服務。
[Abstract]:The birth and development of the course-worship have created an open and competitive market for higher education. As a new product of higher education, the course-worship must create value for learners and innovate profit-making mode based on the principle of value creation, so as to realize sustainable development. To a certain extent, the amount of value created for the learners determines the probability of the learners to choose the course in the free market of higher education, and also determines whether the stakeholders of the course can achieve profitability and sustainability. The analysis of the balance of profit and loss shows that most courses can not make up for the cost of curriculum development and operation except a few popular courses with a large number of learners. We should draw lessons from the innovations of international courseware products to design courseware products suitable for Chinese learners so as to increase income and achieve sustainable development. It is suggested that the universities offering Mucai should jointly launch the micro-specialty courses in the hot fields. The third is that the universities offering Mucai should offer mixed teaching classes. The fourth is that the Mucai platform should fully tap the value-added services.
