教育公平:理想與現(xiàn)實的雙重變奏——從劉彭芝校長和劉鐵芳教授的爭論談起

【摘要】:教育公平理論歷來都是教育研究中的熱點,不同的學(xué)者觀點似乎不同,但結(jié)論又大體相同。當(dāng)前,主要的教育公平理論有以胡森為代表的機會均等理論、以錢志亮為代表的教育資源平等理論、以羅爾斯為代表的公平理論以及從個體成長的角度來理解教育公平、從辯證法的角度來看教育公平。教育公平理論應(yīng)該從全體與個體、理想與現(xiàn)實、理論與實踐、物質(zhì)與精神、機會與質(zhì)量等方面加以考量,使教育公平成為人盡其才的教育。
[Abstract]:The theory of educational fairness has always been a hot spot in educational research. Different scholars seem to have different views, but the conclusion is roughly the same. At present, the main theories of educational fairness include the theory of equal opportunity represented by Houssen, the theory of equality of educational resources represented by Qian Zhiliang, the theory of equity represented by Rawls, and the understanding of educational fairness from the perspective of individual growth. From the perspective of dialectics, education is fair. The theory of educational fairness should be considered from the aspects of whole and individual, ideal and reality, theory and practice, material and spirit, opportunity and quality.
