【摘要】：網絡教研作為"互聯(lián)網+"教育背景下教師教研活動的有效補充,是破解傳統(tǒng)教師教研活動中"時間空間受限、資源共享不充分"等難題、促進教師自身專業(yè)發(fā)展的有效途徑。針對如何更有效地組織與實施面向區(qū)域的教師網絡教研活動,該文在分析教師網絡教研存在問題的基礎上,以活動理論為依據,構建了CTMA區(qū)域網絡教研模式,并分別圍繞如何構建四方協(xié)同環(huán)境下多層級教研共同體、建設以多平臺有效融合的綜合網絡教研支撐平臺、制定有效可持續(xù)的保障機制、組織開展三層次七階段的主題教研活動這四個方面進行了詳細論述。最后,以湖北省咸寧市咸安區(qū)的應用實踐為例,具體介紹了基于CTMA的區(qū)域教師網絡教研建設實踐及成效。
[Abstract]:As an effective supplement of teachers' teaching and research activities under the background of "Internet" education, network teaching and research is an effective way to solve the problems of "limited time and space and insufficient sharing of resources" in traditional teachers' teaching and research activities, and to promote teachers' own professional development. In view of how to organize and implement the regional teaching and research activities of teachers more effectively, this paper, on the basis of analyzing the existing problems of teachers' network teaching and research, and based on the activity theory, constructs the CTMA regional network teaching and research mode. And respectively around how to build a multi-level teaching and research community under the quadripartite collaborative environment, build a multi-platform effective integration of the integrated network teaching and research support platform, and establish an effective and sustainable security mechanism. The four aspects of organizing three-level and seven-stage thematic teaching and research activities are discussed in detail. Finally, taking the application practice of Xianan District of Xianning City in Hubei Province as an example, the paper introduces the practice and effect of the construction of regional teachers' network teaching and research based on CTMA.
