【摘要】：目的探討兒童期創(chuàng)傷和抑郁情緒對分裂人格特質(zhì)與執(zhí)行功能關系的影響,為有效改善兒童心理健康提供參考。方法在湖南中醫(yī)藥大學和衡陽師范學院方便抽取2 469名學生,使用兒童創(chuàng)傷問卷(CTQ)篩選有兒童期創(chuàng)傷史的學生。隨機抽取63名有兒童期創(chuàng)傷史的學生和93名無創(chuàng)傷史學生。使用Chapman分裂型人格傾向量表、抑郁自評量表(SDS)和成人版執(zhí)行功能行為評定量表(BRIEF-A)測量學生心理及行為特征。結果行為管理指數(shù)與情感虐待、軀體虐待、情感忽視、軀體忽視、陽性分裂型特質(zhì)、陰性分裂型特質(zhì)和抑郁情緒均呈正相關(r=0.162~0.511,P值均0.05)。元認知指數(shù)與情感虐待、軀體忽視、陽性分裂型特質(zhì)、陰性分裂型特質(zhì)和抑郁情緒均呈正相關(r=0.180~0.386,P值均0.05)�；貧w分析結果顯示,當同時納入分裂人格特質(zhì)、兒童期創(chuàng)傷和抑郁變量時,僅陽性分裂型特質(zhì)和抑郁情緒對行為管理指數(shù)(β值分別為0.306,0.329,P值均0.05)和元認知指數(shù)起到預測作用(β值分別為0.209,0.239,P值均0.05),而所有的兒童期創(chuàng)傷變量對執(zhí)行功能均無預測作用(P值均0.05)。進一步的中介分析發(fā)現(xiàn),抑郁情緒在陽性分裂型特質(zhì)和執(zhí)行功能之間起部分中介作用。結論分裂人格的陽性特質(zhì)和抑郁情緒影響了執(zhí)行功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the effect of childhood trauma and depression on the relationship between split personality trait and executive function, and to provide reference for improving children's mental health. Methods A total of 2 469 students were selected from Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine and Hengyang normal University, and children with history of childhood trauma were selected by using the child trauma questionnaire (CTQ). Sixty-three students with childhood trauma history and 93 students with no trauma history were randomly selected. The psychological and behavioral characteristics of students were measured by Chapman split Personality disposition scale (Chapman), self rating Depression scale (SDS) and Adult Executive functional behavior rating scale (BRIEF-A). Results Behavioral management index was positively correlated with affective abuse, physical abuse, emotional neglect, somatic neglect, positive split trait, negative split trait and depressive emotion (r = 0.162, 0.511, P = 0.05). Metacognitive index was positively correlated with affective abuse, somatic neglect, positive split trait, negative split trait and depression (r = 0.180, P = 0.386, P = 0.05). Regression analysis showed that when both split personality traits, childhood trauma and depression variables were included, Only positive split trait and depression had predictive effect on behavioral management index (尾 = 0.306) and metacognitive index (尾 = 0.209, 0.239, P = 0.05, respectively), while all childhood trauma variables had no predictive effect on executive function (P = 0.05). Further mediation analysis showed that depression partly mediated between positive split trait and executive function. Conclusion the positive trait of split personality and depression affect executive function.
