【摘要】：與學(xué)生進(jìn)行談心談話(huà),既是高校輔導(dǎo)員的必備職業(yè)技能,又是開(kāi)展工作的重要途徑。心理學(xué)知識(shí)和心理咨詢(xún)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,對(duì)提升談心談話(huà)工作的成效具有積極作用。通過(guò)分析輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生開(kāi)展談心談話(huà)工作中遇到的常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題及原因,并從心理學(xué)和咨詢(xún)技能視角提出改進(jìn)建議,對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員提升談心談話(huà)效果具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Talking with students is not only the necessary vocational skills of college counselors, but also an important way to carry out their work. The application of psychological knowledge and psychological counseling technology plays a positive role in improving the effectiveness of talking and talking. Through the analysis of the common problems and reasons encountered in the process of the counselors talking with the students, and the suggestions for improvement from the perspective of psychology and consulting skills, it is useful for college counselors to improve the effect of heart-to-heart conversation.
