【摘要】：自1997年以來(lái),世界各國(guó)際組織與國(guó)家不斷進(jìn)行核心素養(yǎng)的研究,以期找到對(duì)學(xué)生未來(lái)發(fā)展更為有益的可測(cè)評(píng)性模式。通過(guò)對(duì)聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織、國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)合作與發(fā)展組織、歐盟三大國(guó)際組織以及英國(guó)、美國(guó)、澳大利亞、新加坡、芬蘭等具有代表性的國(guó)家的政策文本進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析表明,基于個(gè)體成長(zhǎng)、公民養(yǎng)成與能力提升的價(jià)值選擇,不同的國(guó)家在價(jià)值提升方式上趨同于遵循個(gè)體與社會(huì)協(xié)同發(fā)展、本土與國(guó)際共同關(guān)照及多元與一體共存的特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Since 1997, international organizations and countries all over the world have been conducting research on core literacy, with a view to finding more useful models for the future development of students. Through a systematic analysis of the policy texts of UNESCO, the Organization for International Economic Cooperation and Development, the three major international organizations of the European Union and the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Singapore, Finland and other representative countries, it is shown that Based on the value choice of individual growth, citizen cultivation and ability enhancement, different countries tend to follow the characteristics of individual and social coordinated development, local and international common concern and the coexistence of pluralism and integration.
