【摘要】：網絡研修是提升高校教師教學能力的重要方式,組織和參與網絡研修對于以在線教育為主要教學方式的開放大學和遠程教育教師來說顯得更加重要。本文針對開放大學如何管理遠程教育教師網絡研修項目進行了全面系統(tǒng)的研究。項目管理制是組織開展網絡研修的管理模式,涉及網絡研修班、網絡研修課程、課程團隊、項目組等核心概念。"知行合一"是開展遠程教育教師網絡研修必須遵循的設計理念。設計研修項目的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)是確定研修需求、選擇研修方式,難點是設計研修課程。組織實施網絡研修項目需要建立與項目管理制相一致的科學規(guī)范的實施流程,建立基于績效的培訓師管理機制是有效保證網絡研修效果的難點,研修項目管理者的能力是保證研修項目順利實施的關鍵。
[Abstract]:Network study is an important way to improve the teaching ability of university teachers. It is more important to organize and participate in network study for open university and distance education teachers whose main teaching method is online education. This paper makes a comprehensive and systematic study on how to manage the distance education teacher network research project in Open University. Project management is the management mode of organizing and carrying out network research. It involves the core concepts of network training courses, network courses, course teams, project teams, and so on. " The integration of knowledge and practice is a design concept that must be followed to carry out distance education teachers' network training. The key link of the design research project is to determine the research demand and choose the research mode. The difficulty is the design study course. Organization and implementation of network research projects need to establish a scientific and standardized implementation process consistent with project management. Establishing performance-based management mechanism of trainers is a difficult point to ensure the effectiveness of network research. The ability of the project manager is the key to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
