【摘要】:學(xué)習(xí)支持服務(wù)是評判遠程教育質(zhì)量的重要考察要素。隨著遠程教育理論和實踐的發(fā)展和完善,學(xué)習(xí)支持服務(wù)領(lǐng)域沉淀出了優(yōu)秀的研究和實踐經(jīng)驗。本文將在總結(jié)國內(nèi)外學(xué)習(xí)支持服務(wù)質(zhì)量標準的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國的實踐,設(shè)計和開發(fā)適合我國遠程教育學(xué)習(xí)支持服務(wù)質(zhì)量的標準和指標,并嘗試基于公開數(shù)據(jù)對遠程教育試點院校和開放大學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)支持服務(wù)質(zhì)量進行監(jiān)測,探索可操作的第三方質(zhì)量監(jiān)測途徑,呈現(xiàn)我國遠程教育學(xué)習(xí)支持服務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀并提出改進建議。
[Abstract]:Learning support service is an important factor to evaluate the quality of distance education. With the development and perfection of the theory and practice of distance education, excellent research and practical experience has been accumulated in the field of learning support service. On the basis of summarizing the quality standards of learning support services at home and abroad and combining the practice of China, this paper designs and develops standards and indicators suitable for the quality of learning support services in distance education in China. Based on the open data, this paper attempts to monitor the quality of learning support services in distance education pilot colleges and open universities, and explore the operable third-party quality monitoring approaches. The present situation of distance learning support service in China is presented and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
