【摘要】：該文旨在構(gòu)建適用于教育信息化項目的風險評估指標體系,用于項目相關(guān)人員在項目實施的各項進程中識別和判斷風險,并不斷采取相應(yīng)措施減少風險的發(fā)生概率,降低風險的影響程度。該文通過對國內(nèi)外項目相關(guān)文獻的梳理、具體教育信息化項目的調(diào)研、專家論證等方式,形成并確定教育信息化項目風險評估指標體系,并依據(jù)層次分析法的相關(guān)原理,設(shè)計相應(yīng)問卷,對各指標權(quán)重進行計算,依據(jù)教育信息化項目的特點,建立了4個一級指標(分別為主體風險、客體風險、技術(shù)風險、政策法規(guī))、11個二級指標和29個三級指標,并計算出相應(yīng)的指標權(quán)重。該文初步建立的風險評估指標體系,能夠在項目實施的各個階段趨利避害,實現(xiàn)項目利益的最大化,減少不必要的損失。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to construct a risk assessment index system suitable for the educational information project, which can be used to identify and judge the risk in the process of the project implementation, and to continuously take corresponding measures to reduce the probability of the occurrence of the risk. Reduce the impact of risk. This paper forms and determines the risk assessment index system of educational informatization project by combing the relevant documents of domestic and foreign projects, investigating and proving specific educational information projects, and according to the relevant principles of AHP. Design the corresponding questionnaire, calculate the weight of each index, according to the characteristics of the educational information project, set up four primary indicators (subject risk, object risk, technical risk, policy and regulation), 11 secondary indicators and 29 third-level indicators. And calculate the corresponding index weight. The risk assessment index system established in this paper can achieve the maximum of the project benefit and reduce the unnecessary loss in every stage of the project implementation.
