反映能力問卷中文版的信效度研究

【摘要】:目的:在大學生樣本和臨床樣本中檢驗反映能力問卷中文版(Chinese Version of Reflective Function Questionnaire,RFQ-C)的信度和效度。方法:選取657名大學生和134例臨床心理科的來訪者填寫RFQ-C,其中114名大學生在間隔1-2周后完成RFQ-C重測;采用人格障礙診斷問卷第4版中的邊緣性人格障礙分量表、基本共情量表及多倫多述情障礙量表作為效標。結(jié)果:(1)大學生樣本中,反映能力的Cronbach’sα系數(shù)為0.654,重測信度為0.687;反映能力與邊緣性人格傾向存在顯著負相關(guān)(r=-0.180)。(2)臨床樣本中,反映能力的Cronbach’sα系數(shù)為0.715;邊緣性人格傾向組反映能力得分顯著低于非邊緣性人格傾向組,反映能力與邊緣性人格傾向(r=-0.304)、述情障礙量表總分(r=-0.382)及其中的情感識別困難(r=-0.433)、情感描述困難(r=-0.311)均存在顯著負相關(guān);反映能力與認知共情相關(guān)顯著(r=0.173)。結(jié)論:反映能力問卷中文版的信度和效度基本達到心理測量學的要求。
[Abstract]:Objective: to test the reliability and validity of Chinese version of reflective function questionnaire in college students and clinical samples. Methods: 657 college students and 134 clinical cardiology visitors were selected to fill in RFQ-C, 114 of them completed the RFQ-C retest after 1-2 weeks interval, and the borderline personality disorder component form of the fourth edition of the Personality Disorder Diagnostic questionnaire was used. The basic empathy scale and the Toronto alexithymia scale were used as effective criteria. Results among the college students, the Cronbachs 偽 coefficient and test-retest reliability were 0.654 and 0.687, respectively, and there was a significant negative correlation between the ability to reflect and the borderline personality tendency. The Cronbachs 偽 coefficient of the ability to reflect was 0.715, and the score of the ability of reflection in the borderline personality tendency group was significantly lower than that in the non-marginal personality tendency group. There was a significant negative correlation between the ability to reflect and the borderline personality tendency, the total score of the alexithymia scale, and the affective identification difficulties (r-0.433) and the affective description difficulty (r-0.311), and the correlation between the reflecting ability and the cognitive empathy was significant (0.173). Conclusion: the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of reflective competence questionnaire basically meet the requirements of psychometrics.
