【摘要】：隨著云計(jì)算、大數(shù)據(jù)等新技術(shù)的興起,教育宏觀治理體制在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代面臨著從傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代變革的新機(jī)遇。大數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)特性,為大數(shù)據(jù)在促進(jìn)教育治理主體從單一到多元、教育管理體制從碎片化管理到網(wǎng)格化管理以及教育決策從基于經(jīng)驗(yàn)轉(zhuǎn)向基于證據(jù)等教育宏觀治理體制建構(gòu)方面上提供了重要依據(jù)與手段。把大數(shù)據(jù)作為一種資源、技術(shù)、思維模式應(yīng)用于教育宏觀治理,構(gòu)建教育大數(shù)據(jù)治理平臺(tái),完善社會(huì)參與數(shù)據(jù)治教機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)教育宏觀治理中的大數(shù)據(jù)立法,有助于我國(guó)教育宏觀治理體制的現(xiàn)代化變革。
[Abstract]:With the rise of cloud computing, big data and other new technologies, the educational macro-governance system is facing a new opportunity from traditional to modern in the era of big data. The related characteristics of big data are that big data promotes educational governance from single to multiple. Educational management system from fragmented management to grid management and educational decision-making from experience-based to evidence-based and other aspects of the construction of education macro-governance system provides an important basis and means. Taking big data as a kind of resource, technology and thinking mode, the author applies it to education macro governance, constructs educational big data governance platform, consummates the mechanism of social participation in data administration, and strengthens the big data legislation in education macro governance. Help our country education macroscopical management system modernization reform.
