【摘要】：推進(jìn)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展是實(shí)現(xiàn)義務(wù)教育公平的重要途徑,是解決當(dāng)前校際差距的重要舉措。通過對拉薩市A、B兩縣義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展?fàn)顩r、學(xué)校辦學(xué)條件和師資條件兩個(gè)方面、8項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)拉薩市縣域義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展?fàn)顩r基本良好,但在一些指標(biāo)上還存在一定差距。只有從財(cái)政投入、資源管理、師資培訓(xùn)等多方面采取切實(shí)有效的措施,才能促進(jìn)拉薩市義務(wù)教育整體均衡發(fā)展,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)義務(wù)教育質(zhì)量的整體提高。
[Abstract]:To promote the balanced development of compulsory education is an important way to realize the equity of compulsory education and an important measure to solve the current gap between schools. Through the comparative analysis of the balanced development of compulsory education in the two counties in Lhasa, the condition of running a school and the condition of teachers, it is found that the balanced development of compulsory education in the county of Lhasa is basically good. However, there is still a certain gap in some indicators. Only by taking effective measures from financial input, resource management, teacher training and so on, can we promote the balanced development of compulsory education in Lhasa, and finally realize the overall improvement of compulsory education quality.
