大學生孤獨感與智能手機成癮的關系:影響模型及其干預研究

【摘要】:本研究以大學生為研究對象,進行了兩項研究。研究一采用《大學生智能手機成癮量表》、《內(nèi)部狀態(tài)覺察分量表》、《人際關系綜合診斷量表》、《孤獨量表》為研究工具對在校的800名大學生進行問卷調(diào)查,以對孤獨感,內(nèi)部狀態(tài)覺察能力,人際關系以及大學生智能手機成癮現(xiàn)狀做一個調(diào)查,探討出孤獨感導致智能手機成癮的內(nèi)在機制,為干預大學生智能手機成癮提供一定的理論依據(jù)。研究二以個案干預為研究方法,在研究一的基礎上,考察個體心理咨詢對大學生智能手機成癮的干預是否具有顯著效果。研究一結果顯示,大學生智能手機成癮情況較為樂觀。研究二的的個體心理咨詢對大學生智能手機成癮的干預具有顯著效果。具體結論如下:(1)大學生的智能手機成癮尚未達到成癮程度。(2)大學生智能手機常用功能排名前三位分別為:社交軟件(微信、QQ、微博、貼吧等)、在線聽音樂,看視頻(含下載)、搜索引擎、瀏覽網(wǎng)頁(非新聞類)。(3)大學生智能手機成癮在性別、家庭所在地,年級,專業(yè)上存在顯著差異;內(nèi)部狀態(tài)覺察在性別上存在顯著差異;人際關系在性別、年級以及專業(yè)上存在顯著差異。(4)人際關系在孤獨感與大學生智能手機成癮之間起中介作用。(5 )內(nèi)部狀態(tài)覺察能夠調(diào)節(jié)人際關系對大學生智能手機成癮的影響。(6)基于人際關系和內(nèi)部狀態(tài)覺察的個案干預能有效降低智能手機成癮傾向。
[Abstract]:This study took college students as the research object, carried out two studies. In the first study, 800 college students were investigated with the Intelligent Mobile Addiction scale for College students, the Internal State perception scale, the interpersonal relationship Comprehensive Diagnostic scale and the Loneness scale. The internal state awareness ability, interpersonal relationship and the current situation of college students' smartphone addiction were investigated, and the internal mechanism of loneliness leading to smart phone addiction was discussed, which provided a theoretical basis for the intervention of college students' smart phone addiction. In the second study, case intervention was used as the research method. On the basis of the first study, the effect of individual psychological counseling on college students' smartphone addiction was investigated. The results of one study show that college students' smartphone addiction is optimistic. In the second study, the individual psychological counseling had significant effect on the intervention of college students'smartphone addiction. The results are as follows: (1) College students' smartphone addiction has not yet reached the level of addiction. (2) the top three common functions of college students' smartphones are: social networking software (WeChat QQ, Weibo, Tieba, etc., listening to music online, etc.) There were significant differences in sex, family location, grade, major in college students' smartphone addiction (including download, search engine, browsing web page (non-news type), and significant difference in internal state perception in sex; Relationships in gender, Significant difference in grades and majors. (4) interpersonal relationships play an intermediary role between loneliness and college students' smartphone addiction. 5) Internal state awareness can regulate the influence of interpersonal relationships on college students' smartphone addiction. Individual intervention in interpersonal relationships and internal state awareness can effectively reduce the tendency of smartphone addiction.
