高三學(xué)生專業(yè)未決應(yīng)對策略量表的修編與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:根據(jù)生涯發(fā)展理論,16-18歲的高中生正處于職業(yè)發(fā)展的探索定向時(shí)期。然而我國生涯指導(dǎo)的缺失使我國高中生生涯規(guī)劃能力薄弱,缺乏必要的職業(yè)選擇能力。若能有效的引導(dǎo)高中生進(jìn)行專業(yè)選擇,則能夠很好地減輕高中生專業(yè)選擇的壓力,促進(jìn)身心健康發(fā)展。因此本研究旨在將國外成熟量表《職業(yè)未決應(yīng)對策略》量表(Strategies for Coping with Career Indecision,簡稱SCCI),修編為適合我國高三學(xué)生的《高三學(xué)生專業(yè)未決應(yīng)對策略》量表,并以此為工具了解我國高中生應(yīng)對專業(yè)選擇的現(xiàn)狀,以期為高中生的生涯指導(dǎo)作參考。本研究通過對《職業(yè)未決應(yīng)對策略》量表(SCCI)進(jìn)行翻譯、回譯、初測、正式實(shí)測、檢驗(yàn)信效度后,形成了由45個(gè)項(xiàng)目組成的正式量表,并以此為工具,調(diào)查了高三學(xué)生專業(yè)未決的現(xiàn)狀。研究結(jié)果如下:(1)高三學(xué)生專業(yè)未決應(yīng)對策略量表的信度在0.75-0.82之間,與校標(biāo)呈顯著性相關(guān)(p0.01),說明該量表適合應(yīng)用于我國高三學(xué)生專業(yè)未決應(yīng)對策略的測量和評估;(2)我國高三學(xué)生更傾向使用有效應(yīng)對策略;(3)不同性別的高三學(xué)生在專業(yè)未決應(yīng)對策略上有差異顯著,且表現(xiàn)為女生在工具性信息搜集和工具性求助強(qiáng)于男生(p0.01),男生在自我調(diào)節(jié)和孤立的應(yīng)對策略上強(qiáng)于女生(p0.05);(4)不同生源地的高三學(xué)生在專業(yè)未決應(yīng)對策略上有差異顯著,具體表現(xiàn)為來自城市的學(xué)生在問題分析力和適應(yīng)性的應(yīng)對策略上要顯著強(qiáng)于來自農(nóng)村學(xué)生(p0.05),而來自農(nóng)村學(xué)生在委托他人和無助方面分?jǐn)?shù)更高(p0.05);(5)在面對選專業(yè)時(shí),感到的不同的壓力(困難)程度在應(yīng)對策略上存在顯著差異。具體來說,在求助他人、委托他人以及無效應(yīng)對上,高壓力者(高困難程度者)得分顯著高于低壓力者(低困難程度者)(p0.001)。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of career development, high school students aged 16-18 are in the period of career development. However, the lack of career guidance in our country makes the ability of career planning of senior high school students weak and lack of necessary ability of career choice. If we can effectively guide high school students to choose their major, it can relieve the pressure of high school students' professional choice and promote the development of physical and mental health. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to revise the Foreign maturity scale "career pending coping Strategies" (for Coping with Career Indecision,) into the scale of "pending coping Strategies for Senior three students", which is suitable for senior three students in our country. Using this as a tool to understand the current situation of senior high school students' professional choice in China, in order to provide reference for senior high school students' career guidance. In this study, a formal scale consisting of 45 items was formed through translation, first test, formal measurement, reliability and validity of the "career unresolved coping Strategies" scale (SCCII), which was used as a tool. This paper investigates the current situation of the pending major of senior three students. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the reliability of the coping Strategy scale for Senior three students is between 0.75-0.82. A significant correlation was found between the scale and the school standard, indicating that the scale is suitable for the measurement and evaluation of pending coping strategies for senior three students in China. (2) Senior 3 students in China are more likely to use effective coping strategies. There are significant differences in industry pending coping strategies, The results showed that female students were stronger in instrumental information collection and instrumental help than boys in self-regulation and isolated coping strategies. There were significant differences in pending coping strategies among senior high school students from different places. This shows that students from cities have significantly better coping strategies for problem analysis and adaptability than students from rural areas, while students from rural areas have higher scores in terms of entrustment and helplessness.) when facing with the choice of major, students from rural areas have higher scores in terms of entrustment and helplessness. There were significant differences in coping strategies between different levels of stress (difficulty). Specifically, the score of high stress group (high difficulty group) was significantly higher than that of low pressure group (low difficulty group) in terms of asking for help, entrusting others, and ineffective coping.
