【摘要】：正如果一位教師理解了美的本質(zhì),掌握了一定的審美規(guī)律和方法,就能夠在教育和生活的各個領(lǐng)域發(fā)現(xiàn)美,有敏銳的感知美和較高的美感體驗水平,善于用一定方式表達和創(chuàng)造美,并用一定的教學(xué)與活動方式對學(xué)生實施有效的審美教育。觀察目前關(guān)于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的各種理論、教師職前職后發(fā)展標準、教師教育課程設(shè)置與標準、各級各類培養(yǎng)培訓(xùn)體系等,審美素養(yǎng)常常被嚴重忽視。教師缺乏審美素養(yǎng),尤其是缺乏具有
