【摘要】：智慧教育的內(nèi)涵與特征決定了教學(xué)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊建設(shè)的必要性。智慧教育環(huán)境下的教學(xué)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊建設(shè)內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括智慧教學(xué)資源的動態(tài)發(fā)展、泛在學(xué)習(xí)的教學(xué)組織、多維交互的設(shè)計管理、數(shù)據(jù)分析的智能評價、信息化教學(xué)素養(yǎng)的智慧培養(yǎng)。教學(xué)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊建設(shè)要適應(yīng)智慧教育的發(fā)展,就必須明確目標(biāo),更新理念,多元優(yōu)化人員結(jié)構(gòu),不斷創(chuàng)新完善培養(yǎng)體系,開展團(tuán)隊自省,構(gòu)建合理有效的激勵機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:The connotation and characteristics of wisdom education determine the necessity of teaching innovation team building.The contents of teaching innovation team construction under the environment of wisdom education should include the dynamic development of intelligent teaching resources, the teaching organization of extensive learning, the design management of multidimensional interaction, the intelligent evaluation of data analysis, and the wisdom cultivation of informational teaching literacy.In order to adapt to the development of wisdom education, the construction of teaching innovation team must make clear the goal, renew the idea, optimize the personnel structure, innovate and perfect the training system, carry out the team introspection, and construct the reasonable and effective incentive mechanism.
