初中生感恩、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持與親社會(huì)行為的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:隨著心理學(xué)家理論研究的不斷深入,感恩逐漸成為了積極心理學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域。感恩不僅是一種美德,而且是一種親社會(huì)的積極情感和品質(zhì),它指的是個(gè)體受到恩惠而產(chǎn)生感激等積極結(jié)果的人格特質(zhì)。以往的研究表明,感恩與親社會(huì)行為傾向之間存在相關(guān)關(guān)系。本文在前人研究的基礎(chǔ)上,將領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持納入感恩與親社會(huì)行為傾向的研究中,并試圖驗(yàn)證領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持這個(gè)變量是否在感恩與親社會(huì)行為之間起了中介的作用。感恩作為一種潛在的積極品質(zhì),不但是一種優(yōu)勢(shì)資源,還是一種親社會(huì)的利他行為,不僅有利于發(fā)展個(gè)體的美德,提升他們的幸福感,還對(duì)社會(huì)支持有著重要的啟示意義。感恩的相關(guān)研究涉及感恩與寬恕的研究、感恩與人際關(guān)系的研究、感恩與親社會(huì)行為的研究、感恩與健康的影響研究、感恩與主觀幸福感的研究、感恩的干預(yù)研究等。本研究使用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法,以兩所學(xué)校的245名初中生為被試,用描述統(tǒng)計(jì)、獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)、單因素方差分析、相關(guān)分析、回歸分析等方法對(duì)研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,得到如下結(jié)果:(1)使用獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)和單因素方差分析發(fā)現(xiàn),初中生感恩水平在性別上存在顯著差異,初中女生的感恩水平顯著高于男生的感恩水平,初中生感恩在獨(dú)生與非獨(dú)生和年級(jí)上不存在顯著差異。(2)獨(dú)立樣本t檢驗(yàn)和單因素方差對(duì)親社會(huì)行為的分析結(jié)果說(shuō)明了初中生親社會(huì)行為在獨(dú)生與非獨(dú)生上存在顯著差異,獨(dú)生子女的領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持水平高于非獨(dú)生子女的領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持水平,初中生親社會(huì)行為在年級(jí)和性別上都不存在顯著差異。(3)通過(guò)t檢驗(yàn)和單因素方差分析得出了初中生的領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持水平較高,初中生領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持在性別、獨(dú)生與非獨(dú)生和年級(jí)上不存在顯著差異。(4)初中生的感恩水平與領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持存在顯著的正相關(guān),與親社會(huì)行為存在顯著的正相關(guān)。(5)初中生的領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持水平與親社會(huì)行為存在顯著的正相關(guān)。(6)初中生的感恩、親社會(huì)行為和領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持都處于較高水平,三者之間存在兩兩的顯著正相關(guān)。(7)領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持是感恩與親社會(huì)行為之間的部分中介變量。由此我們可得出結(jié)論,初中生的感恩、親社會(huì)行為和領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持之間兩兩相關(guān),并且領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持是感恩與親社會(huì)行為之間的中介變量,起部分中介的作用。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of psychologists' theoretical research, gratitude has gradually become a hot field of positive psychology.Gratitude is not only a virtue, but also a pro-social positive emotion and quality.Previous studies have shown that there is a correlation between gratitude and pro-social behavioral tendencies.On the basis of previous studies, this paper brings perceived social support into the study of gratitude and pro-social behavioral tendency, and tries to verify whether the variable of perceived social support plays an intermediary role between gratitude and pro-social behavior.Thanksgiving, as a potential positive quality, is not only an advantage resource, but also a pro-social altruistic behavior. It is not only conducive to the development of individual virtues, enhance their happiness, but also has important implications for social support.The related research of gratitude involves the research of gratitude and forgiveness, the study of gratitude and interpersonal relationship, the research of gratitude and pro-social behavior, the study of the influence of gratitude and health, the research of gratitude and subjective well-being, the research of Thanksgiving intervention, etc.In this study, 245 junior high school students from two schools were investigated by questionnaire, and the results were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single factor variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on.The results are as follows: 1) using independent sample t-test and univariate ANOVA, we find that there are significant differences in the level of gratitude of junior high school students, and the level of gratitude of girls in junior high school is significantly higher than that of boys.There is no significant difference in gratitude between single child and non-only child and grade. 2) the independent sample t test and the analysis of univariate variance on prosocial behavior show that there are significant differences between single and non-only children.The perceived social support level of the only child is higher than that of the non-only child.There is no significant difference between grade and sex in prosocial behavior of junior high school students. Through t test and single factor variance analysis, it is concluded that the level of perceived social support of junior high school students is higher, and the perceived social support of junior high school students is gender.There was no significant difference between single child and non-only child and grade. (4) there was a significant positive correlation between the level of gratitude and perceived social support of junior high school students.There was significant positive correlation between perceived social support level and prosocial behavior of junior high school students.There is a significant positive correlation between them. 7) perceived social support is a part of intermediary variable between gratitude and prosocial behavior.From this we can draw a conclusion that the junior middle school students' gratitude, pro-social behavior and perceived social support are mutually related, and understand that social support is an intermediary variable between gratitude and pro-social behavior, which plays a part of the intermediary role.
