【摘要】：中學(xué)階段是一個(gè)人發(fā)展的重要過渡時(shí)期,此時(shí)期容易引發(fā)各種各樣的心理方面的問題。積極心理資本是指個(gè)體心理的一種積極的并不斷發(fā)展的狀態(tài)。積極心理資本水平高的個(gè)體,其心理健康水平也就越高。情緒智力是影響人們應(yīng)對環(huán)境需要和壓力的一系列情緒的、人格的和人際能力的綜合,直接對個(gè)體的心理健康水平產(chǎn)生影響。適應(yīng)是指個(gè)體對外部環(huán)境及身心變化引起的心理和行為的反應(yīng)狀態(tài),只有具有良好的適應(yīng)能力的個(gè)體才能夠健康發(fā)展。本研究從天津市某中學(xué),抽取420名中學(xué)生,研究其積極心理資本、情緒智力與適應(yīng)之間的關(guān)系并提出教育建議。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)中學(xué)生積極心理資本水平相對較高。在父親和母親的教育程度上差異顯著,在年級(jí)、是否獨(dú)生子女上差異不顯著。不同性別的中學(xué)生在韌性維度上差異顯著。(2)中學(xué)生情緒智力水平相對較高。在性別、母親的教育程度上差異顯著,在是否獨(dú)生子女、父親的教育程度上差異不顯著。不同年級(jí)在情緒感知維度上差異顯著。(3)中學(xué)生積極心理資本、情緒智力和適應(yīng)之間存在顯著正相關(guān)。(4)情緒智力在積極心理資本和適應(yīng)之間有部分中介作用,中介效應(yīng)占總比值的37%。
[Abstract]:The middle school stage is an important transitional period for the development of a person, which can easily lead to various psychological problems.Positive psychological capital refers to a positive and developing state of individual psychology.The higher the level of positive psychological capital, the higher the level of mental health.Emotional intelligence is a series of emotional, personality and interpersonal abilities that affect people's coping with environmental needs and pressures, which has a direct impact on the mental health level of individuals.Adaptation refers to the state of reaction of individuals to psychological and behavioral changes caused by external environment and physical and mental changes. Only individuals with good adaptability can develop healthily.In this study, 420 middle school students were selected from a middle school in Tianjin to study the relationship among positive psychological capital, emotional intelligence and adaptation.The results showed that the level of positive psychological capital of middle school students was relatively high.There was significant difference in education level between father and mother, but there was no significant difference in only child in grade.Students of different genders have significant difference in resilience dimension. 2) Middle school students' emotional intelligence level is relatively high.In gender, mother's education level is significant, in whether only child, father's education level is not significant.In different grades, there are significant differences in the dimension of emotion perception. 3) the positive psychological capital of middle school students, and the significant positive correlation between emotional intelligence and adaptation. 4) emotional intelligence has some mediating role between positive psychological capital and adaptation.The mediating effect accounted for 37% of the total.
