[Abstract]:19th CPC National Congress's report emphasizes that education should carry out the basic task of creating a person by virtue. On November 17, 2017, the Chinese Academy of Educational Sciences held a work promotion meeting in Xiacheng experimental area of comprehensive education reform to explore the new direction of moral education reform in the lower urban area of the new era.Meng Wanjin, director of the Institute of moral Education and Psychological Special Education of the Chinese Academy of Scientific Education, pointed out that the educational foundation in the lower urban area is good, and moral education is the breakthrough and program to promote the education in the city to a higher level.Director Meng proposed that traditional moral education too much regards morality as knowledge and imparts it to students. This kind of traditional moral education based on "detached" cognition is divorced from practice and knowledge and practice is separated.To face up to this difficult problem, "physical moral education" emphasizes the mental, physical, mental, and labor.
