內(nèi)引發(fā)展式:學校改革發(fā)展的內(nèi)在訴求

【摘要】:學者助推學校教育改革與發(fā)展有外導發(fā)展式和內(nèi)引發(fā)展式兩種基本模式。外導發(fā)展式是將學者理論帶到教育實踐去推行,內(nèi)引發(fā)展式則是依據(jù)校情提煉和建構(gòu)內(nèi)生性學校特色理論及實踐體系。外導與內(nèi)引兩種模式的主客體、目的、內(nèi)在動力和理路是一致的,但研究的起點和路徑不一樣。學校的教育教學改革既需要外導發(fā)展式,也需要內(nèi)引發(fā)展式,但目前最需要的是內(nèi)引發(fā)展式對外導發(fā)展式的跨越,這是教育改革發(fā)展的內(nèi)在訴求。要通過內(nèi)引發(fā)展式的超越,助推理論研究更接地氣,敦促實踐者的理論自覺,促進教育研究者更好成長。
[Abstract]:Scholars of education reform and boost the development of school development and inside the outer guide lead type two basic modes. The outer guide type development is brought to the theory of scholars to implement educational practice, guiding development is based on the school situation refining and construction of endogenous characteristics of school system in theory and practice. The subject and object, and the outer guide in the cited two kinds of models, the intrinsic power and the logic is the same, but the starting point and the path of research is not the same. The school education teaching reform not only need to guide the development of type, also need to lead the expansion, but the current need is to lead to expansion of foreign development guide leapfrog, this is internal the demands of education reform and development. To lead beyond the expansion through theoretical research, boost more down to earth, theoretical consciousness urged practitioners, promote education researchers grow better.
