【摘要】：教育理論與教育實踐割裂的問題一直是教師培訓中最突出的問題:培訓者重視理論教學,一線教師渴望操作方法。要解決這個問題,就必須重新審視教育理論和教育實踐的關(guān)系、作用和轉(zhuǎn)化方式。教育理論與教育實踐的特質(zhì)決定了教育理論不能像自然科學理論那樣直接應(yīng)用于實踐,但教育理論對教育實踐的改進卻具有十分重要的作用。因此,教師培訓不在于給教師傳播了多少理論知識,而在于是否借助教育理論啟發(fā)了教師的思維,培養(yǎng)了教師的實踐智慧。在教師培訓中,培訓者要引導教師正確理解教育理論的作用;幫助教師在教育理論中辨認自己的實踐;啟發(fā)教師的思維,培養(yǎng)教師的實踐智慧;要重視課堂上互動生成的教育理論;幫助教師溝通教育實踐背后的個人理論與公共理論的關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The separation of educational theory from educational practice has always been the most prominent problem in teacher training: the trainer attaches importance to theoretical teaching, the first-line teachers are eager to operate methods. It is necessary to re-examine the relationship, function and transformation between educational theory and educational practice. The characteristics of educational theory and educational practice determine that educational theory cannot be applied to practice as directly as natural science theory. However, educational theory plays a very important role in the improvement of educational practice. Therefore, teacher training does not lie in how much theoretical knowledge has been transmitted to teachers, but whether or not it has inspired teachers' thinking with the aid of educational theory. In teacher training, trainers should guide teachers to understand the role of educational theory, help teachers identify their own practice in educational theory, enlighten teachers' thinking and cultivate teachers' practical wisdom. Attention should be paid to the educational theory generated by interaction in the classroom and help teachers to communicate the relationship between individual theory and public theory behind educational practice.
