在職場(chǎng)中生長(zhǎng)教師的生命自覺(jué)——兼及陶行知“以教人者教己”的思想與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:人的生命的多測(cè)度的整體、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展需要從事生命教育的教師尊重生命、理解生命、鼓勵(lì)、促進(jìn)并成就生命。教師關(guān)于人、生命的知識(shí),關(guān)愛(ài)、呵護(hù)生命的情感情懷,教師的生命教育素養(yǎng)和能力以及教師自我生命的狀況是在教育職場(chǎng)生活中,通過(guò)與學(xué)生的交往互動(dòng)并經(jīng)由師生生命的坦誠(chéng)相見(jiàn)和不斷碰撞逐漸生長(zhǎng)和提升的。面對(duì)社會(huì)和教育轉(zhuǎn)型中生命教育所存在的客觀困難以及教師在應(yīng)對(duì)這些問(wèn)題方面的素養(yǎng)和能力的欠缺,陶行知先生的“整體生命觀”以及“生活教育”思想具有重要的歷史意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示,特別是他“以教人者教己”的思想以及他自身的生命榜樣作用,更是啟發(fā)我們從現(xiàn)實(shí)的教育狀況和完整生命成長(zhǎng)需求出發(fā),引導(dǎo)教師在教育教學(xué)生活中不斷提升自己的人文素養(yǎng),錘煉生命教育的能力并不斷豐富生命狀態(tài)和生命質(zhì)量。以“情感”為切入口,帶動(dòng)教師基于職場(chǎng)生活的行動(dòng)研究,生成并提升教師的“情感-人文素質(zhì)”的人文主義行動(dòng)研究既是對(duì)陶行知先生思想和個(gè)人實(shí)踐的延續(xù)與學(xué)習(xí),也是在面對(duì)中國(guó)社會(huì)和教育現(xiàn)實(shí)條件下,通過(guò)帶動(dòng)生成教師生命自覺(jué)開(kāi)展生命教育的嘗試探索和可能途徑。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of human life requires teachers engaged in life education to respect life, understand life, encourage, promote and achieve life. The quality and ability of teachers' life education and the condition of teachers' self-life are in the process of teaching professional life. Through the interaction with students and through the frank and continuous collision of the life of teachers and students, they grow and upgrade gradually. Facing the objective difficulties of life education in the transformation of society and education, and the teachers' efforts to deal with these problems. Lack of literacy and competence, Tao Xingzhi's view of life as a whole and his thought of "life education" have important historical significance and realistic enlightenment, especially his thought of "teaching others to teach himself" and his own role model in life. It also inspires us to guide teachers to continuously improve their humanistic literacy in education and teaching life from the point of view of the actual educational situation and the needs of complete life growth. Improve the ability of life education and enrich life state and quality of life. With "emotion" as the entry point, teachers' action research based on working life will be promoted. The research on humanism action of creating and improving teachers'"emotion and humanistic quality" is not only the continuation and study of Tao Xingzhi's thought and personal practice, but also the reality of Chinese society and education. This paper attempts to explore and explore the possible ways to develop life education by generating teachers' life consciousness.
