【摘要】：教師現(xiàn)場(chǎng)學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力機(jī)制是教師踐行終身學(xué)習(xí)獲得專業(yè)發(fā)展的根本力量,它由專業(yè)內(nèi)外部動(dòng)力、教師群體動(dòng)力和生命自覺力等要素構(gòu)成。當(dāng)前,教師現(xiàn)場(chǎng)學(xué)習(xí)存在專業(yè)內(nèi)外部動(dòng)力失衡、群體動(dòng)力抵耗和生命自覺力缺位的現(xiàn)狀。教師現(xiàn)場(chǎng)學(xué)習(xí)的動(dòng)力機(jī)制應(yīng)采取以下策略進(jìn)行調(diào)適:從外控走向內(nèi)發(fā),促成專業(yè)內(nèi)外動(dòng)力的互動(dòng)與轉(zhuǎn)化;從內(nèi)耗走向凝聚,實(shí)現(xiàn)群體共識(shí)與個(gè)體目標(biāo)的達(dá)成;從工具性走向生命化,激活教師生命自覺力等。
[Abstract]:The dynamic mechanism of teachers' on-the-spot learning is the fundamental force for teachers to practice lifelong learning to obtain professional development. It is composed of internal and external motivation, teachers' group motivation and life conscious power and so on. Teachers' on-the-spot learning exists the imbalance of internal and external dynamics, the absence of group dynamic balance and the absence of life conscious power. The dynamic mechanism of teachers' on-site learning should adopt the following strategies: from external control to internal development. Promote the interaction and transformation of internal and external motivation; from internal friction to cohesion to achieve the common understanding of the group and individual goals; from instrumental to life, activate teachers' life conscious power, and so on.
