【摘要】：在國際化和全球化背景下,中外學(xué)者對于大學(xué)生應(yīng)該具備哪些能力來面對全球性的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇進行了長期探索和研究,我國學(xué)者尤其對國際能力、全球化能力和跨文化能力比較感興趣,但這三個術(shù)語在高教研究領(lǐng)域的混淆現(xiàn)象也不容忽視。本文通過文獻研究法和歷史研究法對這三個術(shù)語的概念、理論框架和測評等方面的發(fā)展進行回顧和梳理,剖析其在理論和實踐中的生命力和適應(yīng)力。在此基礎(chǔ)上,針對術(shù)語的混用問題討論了三者是否可互用和如何選擇使用。結(jié)論認(rèn)為國際能力、全球化能力可能不適合中國;跨文化能力可使用,但仍需調(diào)適,加入"東方視角"。
[Abstract]:In the context of globalization and internationalization, Chinese and foreign scholars for the college students should have what ability to face the global challenges and opportunities for long-term exploration and research, scholars in our country especially for international, more interested in the ability of globalization and cross-cultural competence, but the confusion of the three terms in the field of higher education can not be ignored. This article through the literature research method and historical research method of these three concepts, and review the development of the theoretical framework and evaluation, the analysis in the theory and practice of vitality and adaptability. On this basis, according to the terms of mixed problems discussed whether the three interoperable use and how to choose. The conclusion is that the international competence, the ability of globalization may not be suitable for Chinese; intercultural competence can be used, but still need to adjust, to join the "Oriental perspective".
