【摘要】：教學(xué)名師發(fā)展是教學(xué)名師立足于個(gè)體自身不斷學(xué)習(xí),通過和其他教師交流、分享有關(guān)教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)等互動(dòng)活動(dòng),從而使各自的專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不斷更新與豐富的過程。在現(xiàn)有的教學(xué)名師發(fā)展體制下,教學(xué)名師的發(fā)展還存在著諸多困境,如:教學(xué)名師發(fā)展主體的迷失;在發(fā)展過程中,教學(xué)名師喜歡單打獨(dú)斗,不注重名師之間的協(xié)同交往;在行政規(guī)約的束縛下,教學(xué)名師的發(fā)展還存在失去自由及自主等問題。通過對(duì)教學(xué)名師發(fā)展困境的研究,可以使我們對(duì)教學(xué)名師發(fā)展的問題有一個(gè)清楚的認(rèn)識(shí),從而對(duì)癥下藥,尋找教學(xué)名師的發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:The development of famous teachers is a process in which the teachers constantly learn from the individual and exchange with other teachers and share their educational experiences so as to renew and enrich their professional structure. Under the existing development system of famous teachers, there are still many difficulties in the development of famous teachers, such as the loss of the main body of the development of famous teachers, the fact that the famous teachers like to fight alone, and do not pay attention to the cooperative communication between the famous teachers. Under the restraint of administrative rules, the development of famous teachers still has the problems of losing their freedom and autonomy. Through the study of the difficulties of the development of the famous teachers, we can have a clear understanding of the problems of the development of the famous teachers of teaching, so as to find the path of the development of the famous teachers.
